Injuries that has occurred in Woodwork and how to avoid them

Ever wonder if there had been any injuries in the woodwork shop? This is a guide to all the mistakes that past students had made, and the conseqences.

The first and most recent injury occured on the 22nd of Septenber  where a grade 10 student who was told not to drill a round peice of wood, decided to drill into it anyway. His mistakes were not listening to the teacher, clamping down a round peice of wood, and having his hand on the wood as well. Once he started drilling, the wood span out of control, falling out of the drills path and ending on the floor. Because he was holding the wood, when it slipped, he slipped as well. This ran his finger into the drill press and sent him running to the teacher to get sent to the doctors.

The next injury on the list was on the bandsaw, a massive rotating blade that will cut through anything thats in its path, whether its wood, or flesh.
