How does she teach the class?

She usually teaches using an actual demonstration that is shown in front of the entire class, making sure to write the instructions down somewhere, and once she has demonstrated how to do it, the class takes what they have learned, and then heads to their stations where they will either work by themselves, or with a partner and create this dish. If there are any questions or concerns, she is always found walking around the classroom to make sure that everyone is on track, and hasn't mixed any of the wrong ingredients.
