Computer studies survival guide
Learn all the basic skills you will need in order to survive computer studies.

Computer studies are at least 10 times more important for the future than you think it is. Here are some of the examples that brought me towards success in computer studies.
Constantly handing assignments in early
This sounds like the most nerdy thing to do, but if you have the chance to get the work in earlier than the date of completion, you want to do that. This is because of the constant checking-ins that the teacher does with you. Every day the teacher comes around to check in on you and help you figure out anything that might be going wrong. If you can hand it in, they will give you bonus marks for being ahead of the class, and a lot more engaged in their class.
Listening
Listening while the teacher is talking is another way to get better grades in computer studies. This is because the teacher will see that you respect them, and will be kinder on the marking. Again, this is a nerdy thing to do but if you want to get straight A's in computer studies, this is the way to go.
Reading over the criteria sheet carefully
I once decided to not read over the criteria sheet on a project and try and wing it. It didn't end well for me. Reading over the criteria sheet, and double-checking it regularly is essential for computer studies as some of the teachers will change it midway if they find that it needs updating. It also can steer your mind in a way that can make you find easy solutions to match the criteria on the sheets, without going through the long process of making a way overcomplex build, that the teacher will give the same marks to a kid that just met the requirements.
These are all the tips and tricks you will need to survive computer studies.
