Things students have done in the past that made the teachers The teachers last straws

Review all the tomfoolery, all the chaos, and all the different events that have caused the teachers of art to lose their patience.

During the time I took to talk to my friends who have taken art in the past (and some I was there to witness), I noticed much behaviour from the students that made the teachers go as far as to keep the class in during lunch. Here are some of the stories that I found the most amusing.

The Paint massacre

The Paint Massacre was about two students arguing about paint how the other one was using too much paint and how the other one needed more than what he was leaving. This ended in the other one throwing paint at the other person, causing him to retaliate with more paint, until it turned into a turf war between two people. In this situation, the teacher had just left to get some extra supplies from the other room and was quite surprised to come back to warfare with craters filled with paint, and two messy students.  My friend didn't stick around after class to see what the punishment was but the teacher was not very happy about the whole situation.

The headphone problem

The teachers in the art room ended up banning all headphone use for a year because of the constant "hugs" that they would get from the students when they tried to explain something to them and they had their earbuds in. The teacher ended up having all the students sit through a lecture about how disrespectful it is to stuff such as this and that from now on if anyone had headphones in, they would be taken alongside their phone, and 1% of your grade.

The roughhousing

Some of the boys in the class are very rough and sometimes like to wrestle each other to the ground. One time I messed up another person's clay sculpture. This was one of the things that the teacher hated as it constantly was a disruption to the class and caused a lot of ruined projects. One time it got so bad that the two boys got sent to the principal's office.

The rest of the stories have the same principle as the rest of these, so as long as you don't repeat them, you won't get in too much trouble.
